How do I start? You simply go to the order page - pick a design you like - add it to yor cart - and check out. If you need any customization done you can add that to your cart as well. You will need 30% of the total price before work begins and the balance will be due upon completion. What is the design Process? Once you have picked your design and checked out, you will receive an email with instructions regarding what type of files we need from you, you will be contacted within 24 hrs. regarding the site setup, content, domain information and general advice. Siteprousa will then go to work on your website. The work will be done on a test server where you will be able to give feedback as we progress. Once the site is finished you will be required to pay the remainder of the balance. After that your site will go live on your domain. How do I submit my files? You can simply email the files to us following the specifications noted below. Text files: Thext files need to be in either one of the following formats, .txt, .doc Image files need to be in either of the following formats, .jpg, .gif, .png, .psd, .pdf Audio files need to be in either of the following formats, .mp3, .wav Video files need to be in either of the following formats, .wmv, .fla, .mpg, .mp4 Please note that we can accept the files in any digital format, but if we have to convert a file over to our specified formats there will be extra charges. How long does it take to finish my site? The average time to comlete your site is 5 business days or less. Depending on how many customizations you need it might be less or slghtly more. It also depends on how fast we can get the needed files from you such as articles, images, audio and video. Can I choose my own hosting?
Yes you can choose your own host. But please keep in mind that the price structure will remain the same including the hosting packages. Furthermore, SiteProusa will not be able to guarantee that the site will be stable as we would do on our own server.
